Kaleigh has been an occupational therapist for 8 years, specializing in infant/toddler development. She is certified in infant massage and has experience working in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). In her free time, Kaleigh enjoys being outside and traveling.

Deirdre has been a pediatric speech language pathologist for 7 years. She is a certified lactation counselor with NICU experience and has a passion for working with families to improve feeding skills within the birth to three population. Deirdre loves spending her free time with her husband and son. She enjoys baking, being outside, and listening to both podcasts and music.
